  elphi是Inprise公司(原Borland公司)开发的新一代面向对象的可视化快速应用程序开发环境(RAD-Rapid Application Development)。它工作在Windows95/98或WindowsNT操作系统上。使用Delphi可以开发一般的或基于客户/服务器模式的32位Windows应用程序。
