  本书以MCS-51系列单片机为主线,全面而翔实地论述了单片机应用系统的结构、原理和应用。全书结构紧凑、单节编排合理,具有一定的通用性、系统性和实用性,文句力求简炼、深入浅出和通俗易懂。
本书是《单片机原理及其接口技术》的第2版,它系统地论述了MCS-51单片机的组成原理、指令系统和汇编语言程序设计、中断系统和接口技术等问题,并在此基础上讨论了单片机应用系统的设计。全书共分10章(本书第10章对第1版的第10~12章内容进行了删改和综合),每章后都附有一定数量的习题与思考题。
本书继承和发扬了第1版的风格和特色,并增加了MCS-51对LCD的接口、MCS-51的多机通信以及单片机硬件和软件的抗干扰设计等新内容。全书自成体系、结构紧凑、前后呼应、衔接自然且行文流畅。为便于读者学习,作者还编写了与本书配套的《单片机原理及其接口技术学习辅导与实践教程》。
